Sales made through this site are managed by Blank Canvas. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase and will appear on your statement as Blank Canvas. Please be aware there will be production time for many items before shipment.
What is The Return Policy?
We will happily return or exchange any items that you are unhappy with but a few conditions will apply.
- Returns for a credit must be made within 60 days of purchase
- Exchange must be made within 365 days of purchase.
- No returns on sale items.
- No returns on personalized/custom items, including business cards and decals.
We will cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges if one of these conditions applies:
- You receive and item that is defective or damaged.
We will accept the return or exchange but you will need to cover the shipping costs if:
- You need to return or exchange an item because of fit or any reason other than the item being damaged or defective.
Returns and Exchanges
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Blank Canvas is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. To expedite the return or exchange process, we recommend that you send an email to onlinesupport@myblankcanvas.com with the details of your return or exchange. After that please ship return to:

Why Doesn't My Coupon Code Work?
Make sure you click the green check box after entering the promotional code. You will see the discount applied above the “Promotional Code” box. If it still does not work, it may be possible that the promotion has ended.

What Are The Domestic & International Shipping Rates?
We ship domestically and internationally for a flat rate depending on location and weight. International shipping times may vary significantly. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your reference.

Why Does My Business Cards Have Spelling Errors?
When purchasing a business card or decal, users are responsible for filling out all personal data correctly. This includes checking to make sure emails, web addresses, phone numbers and social media URLs are formatted correctly. You must acknowledge that you have proof read your information carefully on the business card creation page before proceeding to checkout. By selecting “Yes” during this step, the user verifies that all information is ready to print and no changes will be made once the order has been placed. Please take advantage of the on-screen proof as well as “View PDF Proof” option to see what your printed business card will look like upon delivery. Blank Canvas will not be responsible for the cost of any reprints after an order has been submitted.
Procedure:
- Fill out all required fields
- Proof read all information
- Check to make sure all URLs are correct
- Click “Save”
- View “On-Screen Proof”
- View “PDF Proof” (this is what your printed card will look like)
- Approve proof by selecting “Yes”
Tips:
- URLs do not need to contain ‘http://’ in order to work. This will save precious space on your business card.
- Make sure there is not an ‘@’ character in a web address.
- Subdomain URLs should be written like this: subdomain.domain.com
Can I Create My Own Business Card Layout?
In order to maintain brand consistency, we ask users not to create their own business card layouts. We do not have the ability to create a custom layout for every user.

Most women’s and mens shirts do run small. The polos and jackets are more true to size. The women’s shirts are going to fall under the women’s fashion fit category and the men are going to be under the mens premium fit. Click the heading “Size Chart” on any apparel item to see accurate sizing information.

When Will My Order Ship
- Business Cards: 4-7 day production + 5-7 day shipping = 9-11 days total
- Apparel and Promo Items: 2-3 day processing + 5-7 day shipping = 7-10 days total
- Custom Decals: 7-10 day production + 5-7 day shipping = 12-17 days total
- Banners: 6-10 day production + 5-7 day shipping = 11-17 days total
- Table Runners and Table Cloths: 7 day production + 5-7 day shipping = 12-14 days total
- Names Badges: 7-10 day production + 5-7 day shipping = 12-17 days total
- International shipping times may vary significantly. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your reference.
- Times are in business days Monday-Friday.
What Does "OPEN" Order Status Mean?
Your order is being processed. You will be mailed a tracking number when your item is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Blank Canvas has no control over these charges, nor can Blank Canvas predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
